Your data
This is a test version, run by one person (Jaakko) for friends trying it out. Here is everything the app keeps, plainly.
What it stores
- Your email address, to sign you in.
- Your training from Intervals.icu: rides and other activities (time, distance, power, heart rate, training load) and daily wellness (resting heart rate, HRV, sleep, weight, if your watch records them).
- What you tell the app: goals and races, your week, how you feel each day, trips away, session ratings.
- Your plan, and which sessions were sent to your watch.
- The key Intervals.icu gives the app when you connect, stored encrypted. The app never sees your Intervals.icu, Garmin or Zwift password.
Where
In a Supabase database, and the app itself runs on Vercel. Your rows are locked to your account in the database itself: another rider's account cannot read them, and this is tested.
Who can see it
You. Jaakko runs the app, so as its administrator he can see your training data — rides, sleep, HRV, check-ins. Never your passwords: the app doesn't have them. Nothing is sold or shared, and there are no ads or trackers.
What leaves the app
- Your planned session goes to your Intervals.icu calendar, and from there to your watch.
- Weather for your riding window comes from Open-Meteo, using the place you set — not your exact location.
- If you use the box that changes a session in your own words, that sentence and your training numbers go to a language model (Anthropic's Claude) to be read. It isn't available to test riders yet.
Stopping and deleting
Disconnect Intervals.icu any time in Settings: the app stops reading your training and forgets its key. To delete your account and everything in it, use Delete all my data in Settings — it's removed completely, there is no copy kept, and the app's key is withdrawn on Intervals.icu too.
